Fast-forward, I received my Master’s in Functional Medicine and Human Nutrition so I could heal myself and help others. Since then, I have completed various certifications – Blood Chemistry, Functional Diagnostic Practitioner, Integrative Health Practitioner and Mitochondrial Mastery Program – which gave me access to top-tier functional lab tests and invaluable data to assess one’s health from a bio-individual lens.
After hundreds of clinical hours and guidance under experienced functional medicine practitioners, I love helping my clients feel their best and optimize their health. Health is our most valuable asset and if you decide to trust me with your health, it is not something I take lightly.
As a child I suffered from mold illness and asthma that stuck around for years. Throughout college and my 20s, I struggled with my relationship with food, never knowing what to eat in order to look and feel my best. Then after college, I went on birth control, which further wrecked my gut and my health. Meanwhile, I stayed away from animal protein, not for environmental reasons, but because I thought vegan meant skinny and "healthy." This led to major inflammation, stubborn weight, hormone imbalances, sleep issues, brain fog, and fatigue. I eventually hit a point where I realized something had to change, so I dove into learning everything I could about health and wellness.
I was already eating ‘healthy’ and exercising, yet my weight wouldn’t budge. Instead of another rigid plan, Paige helped me understand why my body was holding on to weight and taught me how to nourish myself properly. The weight came off naturally, but more importantly, I stopped feeling at war with food and finally felt confident taking care of myself.
Before working with Paige I felt exhausted, bloated, and confused on how to take care of myself. Within a few weeks I noticed improvements in my energy, digestion, and cycle. I gained tools and knowledge that I’ll use for the rest of my life and I couldn't recommend her enough.
I came to Paige because my cycles were irregular, my symptoms felt unbearable, and I was hoping to get pregnant the following year. I didn’t fully understand how my cycle, overall health, and fertility were connected. Paige helped me see how nutrition, lifestyle habits, sleep, light exposure, and movement all influence hormones and reproductive health. Small, sustainable changes lead to significant improvements.
